Blood and Gore: The Spain Battle’s 2nd WOD

AMRAP 10 MIN

Complete as many rounds as possible of:

– 100 Double Unders
– 40 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24kg | 16kg)
– 30 Box Jumps (60cm | 50cm)
– 20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
– 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes:

– On Box Jumps, step up is permitted for Women;
– On Box Jumps, step down is permitted to everyone;
– On Chest to Bar Pull Ups, regular Pull Ups is permitted for Women.
– Abmat is permitted for handstand push-ups, but only with the hands placed on a 20kg plate

The timer, as well as the athlete and the equipment, must always be visible on screen.

While submitting your results, it is mandatory to enter the correct numbers.

Note: If your score is validated by a Level 1 Instructor, you must also record the WOD in video, as the organization may require video proof of your performance.
